Customer Satisfaction Survey 2018


Tenterfield Shire Council recently engaged IRIS Research to conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey which tracks Council’s performance in delivering services and facilities to the Tenterfield Shire Community. This included analysis of Council’s communication strategies and how residents feel about Council’s performance with customer service, community engagement and leadership.

Residents are invited to read the final report from the Customer Satisfaction Survey 2018 below.
