Tenders are invited from suitably experienced Contractors for the design and construction of a concrete bridge over Boonoo Boonoo River on Mt Lindesay Road, Boonoo Boonoo to replace the existing timber bridge.

Re: Interruption to Water Supply
At the May 2019 Ordinary Meeting, Council considered a report relating to the significant increase to the 2019/20 Emergency Services Levy with invoices issuing from Revenue NSW with no consultation with Councils across NSW.

Council would like to make residents and ratepayers aware that the NSW Government has released the final reports on three Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) reviews into local government rating and compliance matters for feedback prior to developing final responses.

2019/2020 Annual Rates Notices were issued at the end of July 2019 and since that time Council has received many enquiries regarding the perceived large rates rise and the new water infrastructure charge of $77.00 per annum to part fund the new Tenterfield Water Treatment Facility.
