Acknowledgement of Payment of Bond & Request for Refund of Bond

Road Bond is required by local authorities as part of the planning process. The Road Bond guarantees there is no damage made to Council’s Infrastructure.

Satisfactory Completion of Building Bond This agreement is essential to ensure completion of the building.

Payment of Bond/s

The bond/s are payable at time of lodging an application with Council for a;

MANUFACTURED HOME, MOVEABLE DWELLING OR ASSOCIATED STRUCTURE (Road Bond Required)
Or
RELOCATING A PREVIOUSLY USED RESIDENCE (Road & Completion Bonds Required)

Request for Refund of Bond

The Road Bond can be refunded upon completion of installing the dwelling/building on site providing there is no damage to Council’s Road Infrastructure.

& Upon Satisfactory Completion of the Dwelling/Building – this Bond can be refunded.
