In 2025, Council engaged a qualified arborist to assess the health, safety and condition of trees located in Logan Street, Clarence Street, Cowper Street and Casino Road (Bruxner Highway). The assessment of 203 trees was recently completed, with the following reports to Council.
These assessments help inform decisions that balance community safety, as well as the environmental, social and cultural value of our trees, while supporting the long-term health of Tenterfield’s leafy canopy.
