Re: Neighbour Notification of Development Application No. 2025.100
Proposed Tourist Accommodation – 3 Separate Cabins
104 (Lot 297 DP 751540) Smiths Lane, Tenterfield
Tenterfield Shire Council has received a Development Application for a ‘Proposed Tourist
Accommodation – 3 Separate Cabins’ at the abovementioned property. Please note, whilst
the applicant’s plans indicate a Proposed Stage 2 – 5 Cabins, they do not form part of this
application for assessment by Council. Another Development Application will be required
to be lodged as some future time should the applicant wish to proceed with Stage 2. If this
occurs, you will again be notified.
As your property is in the vicinity of the proposed development, Council is providing
neighbour notification. Should you wish to provide a submission which includes an
objection to the proposal, the grounds of objection must be given in writing prior to close
of business on Friday, 10 October 2025.
