Re: Re-Notification of Development Application No. 2024.104
Caravan Park-Self Contained Recreation Vehicles only– 44 Francis Street, Tenterfield. Lots 2 & 3, Section 37, DP 758959.
Further to Council’s previous communications in relation to the above Development Application, at its meeting of 26 March 2025, Council resolved the following;
As a result, Council has received additional information for a ‘Caravan Park’ at the abovementioned property which has been included for your information during the re-notification process.
Council is providing further notification of the additional information received. Should you wish to provide a submission which includes an objection to the proposal, the grounds of objection must be given in writing prior to close of business on Friday, 16 May 2025.
The proposal is available to be inspected on Council’s website at www.tenterfield.nsw.gov.au.
