The following forms can be completed online then printed, signed and returned to Council either in person or by email:

Perpetual Interment Right Contract Pre-Need (Reservation) which includes the following cemeteries:

  • Tenterfield
  • Legume
  • Urbenville
  • Torrington
  • Drake
  • Stannum
  • Other (Please specify & attach letter)
