Food Business Notification Form

Completion of this form is a requirement under Clause 39 of the Food Regulation 2015 and Clause 4 of the Food Standards Code 3.2.2 that Food Businesses notify the local authority prior to operating a Food Business within that local government area. 

Please complete prior to operating a Food Business or when any change of ownership has taken place within the Tenterfield Shire Local Government area and return it to the Tenterfield Shire Council. There is no fee associated with the lodgement of this notification form
