I/We hereby make the following application for Mobile Garbage Bin for property that I am the registered owner and responsible for paying Rates & Charges in accordance with section 496 & 501 of the Local Government Act, 1993.

I/We understand:

Domestic households within Tenterfield, Jennings and Urbenville must have at least one (1) General Waste Bin if the property falls within the designated Waste Collection Service Area.
Domestic households within Tenterfield & Jennings must have at least one (1) Recycling Bin if the property falls within the designated Waste Recycling Collection Area.
Any changes to bin size or number of bins at a premises will impact the rates and charges levied. The annual levy will be pro-rated by the number of days the service was available at the property.
If a bin has been stolen, Police need to be notified and their report ID number is to be supplied to Council. If no ID number is supplied then a replacement bin will be at the owner’s expense.
Applications submitted by anyone other than the property owner will be denied, unless prior written authorisation has been supplied to Council from the owner.
