Section 7.11 & 7.12

In accordance with the clause 31(1)(a), Division 3 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000, notice is hereby given that on 22 July 2020, Council resolved to adopt the following plans in the form they were publicly exhibited;

  • Tenterfield Shire Council Section 7.11 Development Contributions Plan (Subdivisions)
  • Tenterfield Shire Council Section 7.12 Development Contributions Plan (General Development)

 

The Section 7.12 Contributions Plan which operates in conjunction with the existing Tenterfield Shire Council Section 7.11 Contributions Plan and is applied only when a Section 7.11 Contribution is not levied.
