Private Swimming Pools

Advice relating to the installation and maintenance requirements for private swimming pool compliance.

All Swimming pool owners are now required to register their swimming pool on the “State-wide on-line pool register” at www.swimmingpoolregister.nsw.gov.au

As of the 29th April 2016, any property in NSW with a swimming pool or spa pool cannot be sold or leased without a valid certificate of compliance.
