Council is in receipt of an application to install a public gate and vehicle by-pass (cattle grid) in place of an existing gate only on Sunnyside Hall Road located 100m from Bruxner Way.
In accordance with Part 9 Division 2 of the Roads Act 1993 and Part 6 of the Roads Regulation 2008, Council will accept written submissions concerning the above application up until 2:00 pm on Wednesday 13 September 2023.
Any submissions should be forwarded in writing to the Chief Executive at Council , or by email at council@tenterfield.nsw.gov.au, clearly marked “Public Gate Application – Sunnyside Hall Road”.
