Mt Lindesay Road Upgrade

MT LINDESAY ROAD UPGRADE

Mt Lindesay Road between Legume and Woodenbong is a vital connector from the Southern Darling Downs to the Northern Rivers of NSW. Council has almost completed all works to improve safety and transport efficiency through the upgrade of this section along the road.

Construction work on Stages Three, Four and Five are now complete with roadside restoration and bitumen resurfacing to be carried out towards the end of the year.

Motorists are advised to obey roadwork signage along the route and drive with caution.
