The Customer Contact Charter represents a commitment from Council and its staff to deliver high quality services to its community members.


In the Ordinary Council Meeting on 27 July 2022, it was resolved that the Draft 2022 Customer Service Charter be placed on Public Exhibition for 14 days, from 27 July 2022 to 9 August 2022 (res. GOV66/22). During this Exhibition Period, submissions relating to this charter may be received either by email to or in writing.
