- Tenterfield Shire Council Section 7.12 Development Contributions Plan (General Development)
This plan is the Section 7.12 Contributions Plan which operates in conjunction with the existing Tenterfield Shire Council Section 7.11 Contributions Plan and is applied only when a Section 7.11 Contribution is not levied.
This section 7.12 development contributions plan is called the Tenterfield Section 7.12 Development Contributions Plan.
