YOUTH PRECINCT UPDATE #6
Tenterfield Shire Council’s new Youth Precinct, fully funded through the NSW Government’s Public Spaces Legacy Program and Streets as Shared Space grant, in the Old Power House Reserve has made further progress this week.
In the last week the contractor has started pouring the concrete for the transitions in the Skate Park, as well as making great progress with the shaping of the Pump and Skills Tracks.
Next week will see further transitions being poured on the Skate Park, additional shaping of the Pump & Skills Tracks, line marking of the new games court (old basketball half court) and footings being poured for the new solar lighting. The works on the footpath network in the Precinct will also continue.
