Tenterfield Aerodrome Lease extended to 2113

Council congratulates Friends of Tenterfield Aerodrome (FOTA) on a major milestone!   Following a unanimous Council decision in December, the lease of Tenterfield Aerodrome to FOTA has been extended to 90 years - a strong vote of confidence that supports long-term community benefit and creates future opportunities for local business and aviation.
Councillors and staff recently visited the aerodrome to view the latest infrastructure works and discuss the draft airport master plan.
We look forward to seeing their continued progress in the many years ahead!
